THIS HOLIDAY SEASON GIVE THE GREATEST GIFT OF ALL: “HOPE” Black Mat MMA is a Non-Profit Organization based in the city of Whittier, working with high risk kids and young men; we are looking for Foundations, Associations and Businesses such as yours for donations in order to be able to better help and serve these kids. You can help us by providing funds in the form of grants or donations. Your donation to Black Mat MMA will make a lasting difference in the lives of children and young men in need. Your generosity provides crucial assistance for children in the community; children who have no Father, who have been recruited to join a gang or come from a gang looking for a better future, Mothers on Drugs, poverty, hunger, violence, suicidal, etc. Your support is urgently needed to continue to help Black Mat reach out to as many kids in need. Our Mission Statement “To give these kids and young adults a purpose in life, to get them off the streets, and form a relationship with God so they can make a dramatic change in their lives”We teach Boxing, Kickboxing, Wrestling and Jujitsu; while teaching them Humility, Patience, Self Control, and Awareness. We are a Non Profit 501-C Organization, so every donation is Tax Deductable. We have accomplished so much in the last couple of years, reaching as many as 80 kids and young men. We are now working alongside the Los Angeles County Sheriff Department’s “VIDA” program, which is 16 weeks long; and it has been a huge success steering the lives of so many children in the right direction.We have had many MMA Stars, World and local Champions such as: Bas Rutten, George Saint Pierre, Kimbo Slice, Antonio McGee and Joe Camacho, and radio host for Takedown Radio Scott Casper and many more, come to the two car Garage which we have converted into a small gym, and freely give their time to share their struggles and successes in life to Help our Kids.
