Some quick notes from the Mundials (Gringo Results):
In the Brown Belt Absolute, Chris Moriarty takes third place, duplicating his feat from last week at the Copa do Mundo. Mike Weaver and Elliot Marshall won two matches each. Paul Schriener and Bill Cooper each lost their opening matches.
Kron Gracie wins the purple belt medio (middle) division, submitting all of his opponents. Afterwards he is awarded his brown belt while still on the mat.
In ladies action, Amie Turton takes silver in the pluma blue belt division, and is awarded her purple belt. Nyjah Easton takes the bronze in her division.
