Sandy Hook BJJ Super Webinar Featuring Felicia Oh & The Art of Competition.

OTM & Dynamics Martia Arts recently did a Free BJJ Webinar for the chliden of Sandy Hook Elemetry.

On of the stars of the webinar was Felica Oh. Felicia Oh started BJJ when she was 33 years old! And received her Black Belt from Jean Jacques Machado only 4 1/2 years later. I believe she is the second fastest American to get her black belt only to BJ Penn at the time!

Only Six years later, she fought her way through the ADCC North American Trials and went all the way to the finals of Abu Dhabi beating several well know and highly regarded champions along the way. Felicia’s rapid progress was due to her use of competition as a learning and training tools.

The Art of Competition Seminars is a way for her to share her system with you to supplement your regular training with your instructor. It is not Jiu-Jitsu technique…it’s everything else you need to know to win.

Felicia’s goal is to help you reach your potential as a grappler…and then to exceed it!

The Art of Competition is a seminar where Felicia Oh will share the system she developed over her years of competition. She will take you step-by-step through the process that helped her achieve a very high level of success in a very short amount of time. You too, can reach your potential…then exceed it!

She will cover:

  • 10 secrets to getting better at BJJ and grappling
  • Getting ready to compete
  • How to train in class for competition (even if no one else is)
  • Mental training and physical conditioning on & off the mat
  • Creating a mindset for faster improvement
  • How to prepare for a competition
  • What to do before, during and after
  • Winning, losing and what happens next?
  • And much, much more!
