Police Dashcam video shows jiu-jitsu expert attacking Police officer

“Jiu-Jitsu Expert” Leads cops on 100 Mph chase then grapples with Police officer who has his gun drawn! I dont know how they knew he was an expert in Jiu jitsu? LOL Maybe they just wanted the police officer feel better after he got away?
