UFC Fight Night 63 Predictions

UFC FIGHT NIGHT 63 PREDICTIONS

UFC Fight Night 63 has a pivotal matchup between Ricardo Lamas and Chad Mendes as they face off for a potential title shot at the Featherweight belt.

UFC FIGHT NIGHT 63 PREDICTIONS

UFC Fight Night 63 also has multiple Lightweight matches that could shift the landscape of that division.

UFC Fight Night 63: Main Event

Chad Mendes vs. Ricardo Lamas

Lamas is a good fighter but he does not have the skills that Mendes has. Mendes has more power in his hands, incredible cardio and wrestling to take the fight wherever he wants. That does not bode well for Lamas who will last for a while but will eventually succumb to Mendes’ attack.

UFC Fight Night 63: Co-Main Event

Jorge Masvidal vs. Al Iaquinta

Masvidal is tough but will wilt to people who pressure him. Iaquinta has been on fire as of late, but is still a little green. Iaquinta should win this fight by decision by being able to out strike Masvidal on the feet for the majority of the fight.

UFC Fight Night 63: Rest of Card

Juliana Pena vs. Milana Dudieva

Pena is having a rude welcome back to the Octagon in the form of Dudieva, a 25 year old bad ass from Russia. She can beat Pena since a year off and a spotty record will spell a rude welcome back to the Octagon for the TUF champion.

Clay Guida vs. Robbie Peralta

Guida was once a top tier fighter, but that day has come and gone. Peralta looks to have the skills to make something of himself in the division but has had his missteps. He will need to keep the fight off the floor and while he will give Guida trouble, eventually he will be taken out of the fight by submission.

Liz Carmouche vs. Lauren Murphy

Murphy is a tough fighter just the same as Carmouche. Murphy is a tough fighter standing but Carmouche’s wrestling can easily win her this fight. If she tries to scrap on the feet she will lose. Luckily, she is smarter than that which will cause her to pick up her second UFC victory.
