Allan Góes

Allan Goes is a 4th degree black belt under the late great Carlson Gracie Sr. He was a member of the powerhouse Carlson Gracie team along with Mario Sperry, Murillo Bustamente, Vitor Belfort, Ricardo Arona, etc.

Allan Goes is perhaps most well known for his battles with Kazushi Sakuraba and Frank Shamrock, both of which ended in a draw. Allan Goes is revered for his technical Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu abilities and particularly for his guard in No Holds Barred Competition.
