Daniel Gracie

Daniel Gracie is a Brasilian mixed martial arts fighter and a Gracie Jiu-Jitsu Black Belt. Though most of his professional MMA experience has taken place in Pride, his most recent matches were in the International Fight League against Wes Sims and Allan Goes. Daniel Gracie also fought Wes Sims in the Gracie Fighting Championships in March 2006, Daniel was declared the winner but the match was later ruled a draw. In their second meeting in a promotion of the International Fight League , Daniel defeated Wes Sims by rear naked choke in round one. Gracie fought in Pride four times as a Heavyweight, facing Wataru Sakata, Kazuhiro Nakamura, Shinsuke Nakamura, Takashi Sugiura.

He is cousins of Renzo Gracie, Ralph Gracie, and Ryan Gracie.
