Oscar Barragan Jr was born to Mexican Parents(Oscar and Maria), he was born on September 24, 1985. He grew up in Dinuba, CA where he started his Kickboxing training in order to get in shape. Oscar Barragan, also known as the Punisher, started his career as a Muay Thai kickboxer in the IKF(International Kickboxing Federation) where he took the league by storm in earning a 48-0 record not counting previous amature bouts. During his kickboxing career, he was also known for winning every one of his bouts in under 2 minutes. After walking away from the IKF, Oscar was then ready to embark on a career in the MMA(Mixed Martial Arts), after already earning a brown belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu from an unknown trainer, Oscar began training with the legendary Joe Moreira until he earned his black belt. After earning his black belt, Oscar began to fight in exhibition and promotional MMA matches in which he once again dominated earning a record of 12-0. In 2006, after witnessing his training partner die in the ring from a single blow to the head, Oscar walked away from the fighting world.
