Oswaldo Alves is an 9th degree Black Belt under Reyson Gracie. His students are a testament to his teaching skills (Sérgio Penha-5th degree Black who is noted for his epic battle with Rickson Gracie, Fabrício Martins-6th Black, Marianna Garcia, MMA legend Pat Miletich, and the amazing Frédson Paixão are all Black Belts under him as well.
