Phil "New York Bad Ass" Baroni (April 16, 1976-) is an American mixed martial arts fighter. He has a professional MMA record of 9-7-0 as of June 2006 with his latest match a loss via unanimous decision in round one of the Bushido Welterweight Grand Prix. Baroni has fought in the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) where he holds a record of 3-5-0. Known for his superb striking ability, Baroni has immense knockout power with his fists, although he is also an accomplished wrestler. He currently trains with the "Hammer House" association whose main members include two current PRIDE fighters and former UFC heavyweight champions, Mark Coleman and Kevin Randleman.
