We cannot accept returns of certain items, including: Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery. Any product that is not defective or damaged is subject to a 15% restocking fee and shipping charges will not be reimbursed. Any CD, DVD or VHS tape that has been opened (taken out of its plastic wrap) can not be returned unless damaged. Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts. Any clothing item that has been washed, worn, or is dirty. We will replace any defective products if you contact us an make arrangements to return the product within 30 days of delivery date.
