This weekend live on PPV Grapplers Quest will hold their 201st tournament event which is the 2013 US National Grappling and Jiu Jitsu Championships at the Mennen Sports Arena in East Hanover Avenue in Morristown, New Jersey. You can still pre-register until the 17th here or here. This event will have over $15,000 in cash and prizes along with a main event which pits #1 ranked brown belt Keenan Cornelius against an unannounced Renzo Gracie black belt. There will be over 17 countries and 300 teams represented at this event including the number one Canadian grappler Matt Bagshaw. He will be trying to take home one of the 100 United States Championship belts that are up for grabs from kids, to women, to No-Gi, and Absolute divisions. Also, there will be a $2,000 ROUGH Zen no time limit submission only division which are only available for lightweight(under 150lbs) and welterweight(under 170lbs).
Lastly, there will be a $1,000 USA brown and black belt open challenge where as long as you are ranked as a brown belt you can compete. Keene Cornelius will also be competing in this division for a chance at the cash prize and the notoriety it will bring.
