KEN SHAMROCK’S LIONS, PAT MILETICH’S SILVERBACKS BATTLE FOR PLAYOFF BERTH ON “IFL BATTLEGROUND” MONDAY ON MyNetworkTV
TV Debut of “Fight League” Video by Noted Producer Jazze Pha; Look Inside Classic Battles Between Rothwell-Hoger, Palaszewski-Gunderson, Markham-Healy
NEW YORK, May 17, 2007- The International Fight League (OTC.BB: IFLI), the world’s first team-based professional mixed martial arts league, takes a look inside the exciting battle between the Reno Lions, coached by Ken Shamrock, and the Quad Cities Silverbacks, coached by Pat Miletich, which included classic bouts featuring some of the leagues’ top athletes, in the next episode of “IFL Battleground” on Monday, May 21, at 8 p.m. ET/PT (7 p.m. CT/MT). “IFL Battleground” airs every Monday night on MyNetworkTV.
Also featured in the May 21 show is the television debut the new IFL anthem, “Fight League,” recorded by IFL coaches and athletes in collaboration with legendary record producer Jazze Pha. Matt Lindland (Portland Wolfpack coach), Jamal Patterson (New York Pitbulls light heavyweight), Pat Miletich (Quad Cities Silverbacks host) and Bas Rutten (“IFL Battleground” co-host) are among the IFL personalities who contributed to the song.
Additionally, the search for the next IFL Ring Girls continues, with audition footage of some contenders – and a few pretenders – from searches conducted in New York and Los Angeles.

Each of the 12 IFL teams for 2007 will compete in three regular season events; the teams with the top four overall win-loss team records will advance to the semi-finals, which will be held on Thursday, August 2, at Continental Airlines Arena in East Rutherford, N.J. The 2007 IFL Finals will then be held at The Forum in Los Angeles on Saturday, September 15.
