Bearhug Defense to Leg Attack

1 Erin minding her own business … when attacker comes from behind.



2 Bear Hug is applied underneath arms.



3 Erin immediately opens legs and drops hands to floor.



4 Then she quickly moves to one leg to apply a sweep.



5 Leg is grabbed.



6 She grabs leg and stands up.



7 Knee bar is quickly applied while Erin thrusts hips forward and chest back.



8 If attacker rolls over Erin follows and applies ankle lock.
