Brennan VS. Shannon Ritch this Sunday!

CHRIS BRENNAN VS. SHANNON RITCH – II in RETO MAXIMO VII This weekend!Sunday December 11th, 2005 @ Tangaloo Club, Tijuana, Mexico.

The line-up for this Sunday’s Reto Maximo card has undergone a few changes due to injuries – Joey Alvarado, who was scheduled to face Chris Brennan in the main event, broke his foot this past Friday at “King Of The Cage” and had to withdraw – stepping up to take his place is one of the fight game`s most experienced fighters and past rival Shannon “The Cannon” Ritch (PRIDE, Pancrase, and KOTC veteran), providing for a rematch “The Cannon” had been anxiously awaiting for in the last couple years.

Ritch states that in their first outing he took the fight on short notice and thus the quick loss via arm bar. Though not originally scheduled to fight Chris this weekend Shannon claims to be in top form now and promises things will be different this time out. Chris Brennan gracefully accepted the challenge and is set to give the fans a top showing of his world class fight skills.

Jose Guardado, in the co-main event Kick Boxing bout, will not face Rajesh Narine as originally scheduled. Narine suffered a serious injury to his knee while training last Thursday and his doctor did not give clearance for him to fight. Mr. Danny Rodarte, president of the IKBA, authorized the classified fighter out of Irapuato, Guanajuato Arturo “El Frances” Dumaine to replace Narine, disputing vs. Guardado the vacant IKBA Jr. Welterweight Kick Boxing World Championship Title.
