While all logic dictates that he should be next in line for a shot at the UFC Lightheavyweight Title, Chuck has had to patiently wait again and again for his crack. Now on the eve of what may be the biggest showdown in UFC history the long anticpated Tito Ortiz-Ken Shamrock showdown, Chuck is waiting in the wings again for his chance. However, Chuck is not content to stand still, instead to the amazement of all, he signed on to fight the extremely tough Renato “Babalu” Sorbal out of Marco Ruas’ camp on the same card. No doub Chuck is a warrior who simply wants to prove himself in the Octagon, however this is obviously a dangerous match to take at a point when Liddell is next in line for a title shot. Then again, what’s guarenteed?

We caught up with Chuck at the recent WEC show and he was kind enough to sit down with us and tell us what was on his mind. (The interviewer is none other than Teflon Don Breakyourarmi Gi-less Geddis the Net Geek of Bjj.org fame). So, make sure your quicktime player is working and enjoy.
