Feijão: “If necessary, I will show my Jiu-Jitsu”

Rafael Feijão will face King Mo on Saturday, fighting for the light-heavyweight title from Strikeforce, in Houston (USA). At the news conference, held this Friday, the Brazilian was asked what he could do if he were overthrown by Mo, athlete whose strength is his wrestling.

"People think I’m a striker, but my source is Jiu-Jitsu, I train since I have ten years old. If necessary, I will show to him in the fight", said Feijão, who expects a very dangerous opponent on Saturday, "I think he will have many surprises in this fight, I think he is training all. He must have something new to show and will try to do this in battle".

In his last fight, King Mo defeated the reigning champion Gegard Mousasi, in a fight where he has caused a lot of his opponent before the combat. This time, however, Mo is respecting more his opponent and not causing, and explained the reason for this behavior.

"I respect Feijao," said Lawal. "We’ve trained with some of the same people. He’s never questioned my character like Mousasi did. Mousasi was quick to go on record saying that I’m full of myself and I’m this and I’m that. Me and Feijao, we don’t need to do that. We’ll do that Saturday. We’ll fight Saturday and have fun".
