We are excited to inform you that Las Vegas and the valley’s youths have been selected to participate in the YouthGrappling.org First Sweep Summer Program for introduction to the grappling arts. The First Sweep Summer Program curriculum is based on the Sports Grappling education standards, and utilizes introductory grappling movements from Wrestling, Jiu Jitsu, Judo, Sombo, and Sports Grappling in a safe appropriate manner. The program has been designed and developed to show participants in (K-12) of all skill levels.
We think it is important for all kids and young adults to learn activities that can benefit them for a lifetime. We also believe that MMA and Sports Grappling stars can impact all children and young adults by integrating strong character values unique to these sports. Our program motto emphasizes YouthGrappling.org’s core values: Leadership, integrity, sportsmanship, honesty, respect, confidence, responsibility, perseverance, courtesy, and judgment.
As part of their support, local and national MMA, the Sports Grappling community, and teaching professionals are providing YouthGrappling.org the opportunity to bring the First Sweep Summer Program to interested students and families FREE of charge!
