TRAINING SESSIONS THIS WEEKEND AT PENN STATE – April 15-17
We will conduct one instruction and training session each day in conjunction with Eastern Nationals, and you may attend any or all of them. This is open to ALL wrestlers. Eastern National Qualifiers as well as those not competing in Eastern Nationals are welcome. We strongly encourage qualifiers to attend our Peak Performance Session prior to weigh-ins from 3-5pm on Friday. Additional sessions will be on Saturday and Sunday. RPW – Real Pro Wrestling – Sundays and Wednesdays The action in the 121, 132, and 145 pound weight classes has been awesome. The Pennsylvania Hammer has pulled out in front of the team standings, but the Iowa Stalkers and the New York Outrage are close behind. Tune in Wednesday at 3pm EST on FSN to watch some tremendous wrestling at 145 pounds and then Sunday at 4pm EST on PAX to watch the 163 pounders go at it. Tell your friends to tune in to help promote our special sport.

Parents are also welcome to attend, as we will address a wide variety of areas that will help you help your son excel. We have received numerous requests from dedicated wrestlers to attend. We have two wrestling rooms in our HTC, so we will be able to offer a technique and training session for serious wrestlers. This comprehensive learning and systematic training program is a unique opportunity to receive world-class instruction in a very personalized, small group environment. Fee is $40, or only $100 for unlimited coaches from your community. SUMMER CAMP UPDATE – World Class Clinicians are finalizing their plans. It is time for you and your team to make plans too.
Two of my Olympic Teammates have committed to coaching at multiple camp locations this summer. Olympic Medalist and 3x NCAA Champion, Nate Carr, will be in Georgia, North Carolina, and Pennsylvania. Olympic Gold Medalist Bruce Baumgartner will be at our Ohio and Pennsylvania camps. Olympic Gold Medalist and 3x NCAA Champion Tom Brands will be at our West Virginia camp. 2x NCAA Champion and 4x Undefeated Iowa State Champion Jeff McGinness will be at our Iowa and Illinois camps. Olympic Champion Kendall Cross and Olympic Head Coach Rob Hermann, who work our camps annually, will once again be at camp this year.
