SAN JOSE, CALIFORNIA –October 12, 2006 – Island Boy Events, Inc.
Mixed Martial Arts is coming to San Jose California on November 3rd at the San Jose State University Event Center. Dan “The Beast” Severn was originally scheduled to fight but will now be in attendance as a special guest. The Beast will be on site signing autographs and taking photos for his legions of fans.
Hand To Hand Combat will have an exciting card featuring fighters from San Jose’s Nor-Cal Fight Factory, Hawaii’s 808 Fight Factory and Daly City’s Rickson Gracie school. Fighters from Roseville’s Team Marinoble and Sacramento’s Team Evolution will also be in attendance.
Several fighters will be making their professional MMA debut; debuts are always exciting as you can expect the unexpected when in the cage. MMA Veterans will also be well represented; Heavyweight Main Event, Sac BJJ instructor Carlos “Diehard” Garcia will be put to the test against a member of Oregon’s Team Quest, undefeated, Jeremiah Constant.
Fight fans will not want to miss the opportunity to see undefeated fighters “Hollywood” Scott Norton and Casey “The Underdog” Olson whom are also scheduled to fight. These fighters are well on their way to superstardom in the world of Mixed Martial Arts.
