Hector Lombard Fails Test for Steroids

Hector Lombard Fails Test  for Steroids post UFC 182 in a fight against Josh Burkman which has canceled his number one contender bout against Rory MacDonald.

Hector Lombard Fails Test

Since Hector Lombard Fails Test the new co-main event of UFC 186 will be a Flyweight title fight with Demetrious Johnson putting his title on the line.

Now one was really surprised that Hector Lombard Fails Test but it does through a wrench in the UFC plans considering that no one informed the UFC of the failed test for what seems like nearly a month. This canceled his bout against Rory MacDonald which means that no one is sure who Rory will fight and who the clear cut number one contender is. Unless they give the title fight to Rory due to his canceled fight and all other contenders already lined up for a fight except for the champion.

Due to Hector Lombard Fails Test they had to throw together another big fight to help support the main event of the rematch between Renan Barao and TJ Dillashaw. This will be backed by another title fight between Demetrious Johnson and Kyoji Horiguchi. Johnson wants to defend his title but he is not allowed to fight John Lineker due to his multiple failed weight-ins. Now, he will face off with the streaking Horiguchi.

Horiguchi has won four straight fights in the Octagon and has only lost one in over 15 fights. Plus, he has a high finishing rate on the ground and feet which will give Johnson trouble. Horiguchi had said he wanted more fights before a title fight but the circumstances have changed that. This is one of the last fights before Johnson cleans out the division, so one has to wonder if they are setting up a title fight by putting both sets of champions and Flyweight and Bantamweight one card. What do you think fans?
