1 Erin stands toe to toe with opponent.
2 Opponent shoots jab. Erin ducks under jab.
3 Erin’s lead foot steps in between opponent’s stance.
4 Erin’s back leg steps behind, rear arm gets high crotch from behind, left arm around waist from front.
5 Erin squats and picks opponent up.
6 Opponent’s legs are taken to one side…
7 …flipped on her back and slammed to ground.
8 Knee to belly and punches to face!
