Hey guys!
Yesterday we had another killer high level training session for the worlds, this time at Raul Castillo’s academy in Half Moon Bay. Raul and his toughest students including Adam Picolotti, Matt Aragoni, Sam Temko and Charlene Coats are always ready to train hard and our training partners Samir Chantre and Agusto Queixinho of Caio Terra BJJ and Milton Bastos of Paragon BJJ made the trip out from San Jose as well taking the training to a whole ‘nother level!! We all took some beatings and came out of it feeling even more ready than ever! Next week starts Caio’s training camp and so its only going to get worse from here! Can’t Wait!!
