Its pretty to cool to see how far BJ Penn has come and this documentary by Roots of Fight i hear is just a tease.
Love to see a full documentary on BJ Penn, he sure deserves it, guy is a legend and we here at OTM knew it from the get go. You can see both Scotty and Gumby in the video and they were there form the beginning training with BJ and his brothers back at Ralph Gracie in the 90s.
Jiu Jitsu was a lot different back then and especially at Ralphs, guys trained hard and trained to fight.
