The fourth edition of the Ontario Submission Wrestling Invitational took place last night in Etobicoke Ontario. The audience was treated once again to a card of selected matchups featuring some amazing submission grapplers from Canada, the U.S. and even Brazil.The fourth edition of the Ontario Submission Wrestling Invitational took place last night in Etobicoke Ontario. The audience was treated once again to a card of selected matchups featuring some amazing submission grapplers from Canada, the U.S. and even Brazil.
This year the event worked in co-operation with an amateur BJJ tournament which went on during the day time before the event. The tournaments openweight finalists were given a chance to compete for the openweight championship in front of the OSWI crowd.
The openweight winners were:Sam Osman (Schilling BJJ) Intermediate GI and Andrew McInnes (Mark Bocek)
