Show debuts March 27 on PAX-TV (8 episodes with a two hour championship final) and re-airs March 30th on Fox Sport Net (9 episodes all one hour long).
RealProWrestling Season 1 features eight teams from across the country with America’s top Olympic and NCAA champion wrestlers. The television broadcasts are one-hour shows with a different weight class each week. The final show would be a National Championship featuring Olympic, National and Collegiate Champions.
The third week will be the 145 lbs weight class. Athletes include Chris Bono – 2003 World Cup champion (Chicago Groove) vs. Mike Ellsworth – 2003 U.S. Nationals runner-up (Pennsylvania Hammer). Doug Schwab – 1999 NCAA champion (Iowa Stalkers) vs. Jared Frayer – 2004 U.S. Nationals bronze medalist (Oklahoma Slam). Jared Lawrence – 4-time NCAA All-American (Minnesota Freeze) vs. Tony Davis – 2000 NCAA champion (California Claw). Eric Larkin – 2003 NCAA champion (Texas Shooters) vs. Jesse Jantzen – 2004 NCAA champion (New York Outrage).
