World renowned Regis Lebre of Gracie San Diego will be holding a Seminar November 18th at Southside Jiu Jitsu Club in Salisbury, MD. Regis is a 3rd degree black belt under Royler Gracie; he has over 15 years of tested training and competition techniques.
