Road to ADCC Asia Pacific Trials DAY 1 (August)

 DAY 1: August 27, 2012

  • 11:00 – Judo and Wrestling takedowns + core workout
  • 17:00 – Strength and Conditioning at Mojo Gym
  • 20:30 – BJJ

This would be the 2nd week of a 12 week training camp, but I felt that today was the first day of the "REAL" hard training thus the title, DAY 1. Last week, I was doing 3 sessions of Strength and Conditioning and 3 sessions of BJJ every other day.  I want to train more like everyday but the "real world" gets in the way. Med school and BJJ just don’t mix well. Good thing that I failed Microbiology (not really), but at least I can train more now. I can only afford to train every Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays however on these days I need to train 3 times a Day. Then, I rest every Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays.
