The Salt Lake Slam is fast approaching. Make sure that you have made any adjustments to your child’s weight class, made necessary hotel arrangements, and gathered the necessary forms (USA Wrestling Card, Waiver Form, and Copy of Birth Certificate). See instructions below to adjust weight class.

Changing Weight Classes
Step 1: Go to www.trackwrestling.com
Step 2: Click on “Pre-registration” in the left menu bar.
Step 3: Click on “Tour of America Salt Lake Slam” in the list of tournaments.
Step 4: On the left of the screen you will see “Quick Reg Login” Enter the email and password that you used when you first registered your child.
Step 5: This will log you in to make the necessary changes.
Note: You can make changes until the registration deadline. After the registration deadline on December 24 changes will need to be made at weigh-ins on December 28th. All changes made at weigh-ins will be charged a $25 change fee.
Waiver Forms
