In May 2007 London will experience the excitement, the vibrancy and variety of the Seni Expo as the Worlds largest combat sports expo moves from the NEC to the Excel Centre. For the first time since its inception Seni will relocate to London, ExCeL to bring an extensive range of fight sports, classic martial arts, culturally stimulating displays and cutting edge health and fitness knowledge to a new audience.


This year the show offers five key zones ensuring there’s something for everyone.


∑ Classical Warrior – Purist fighters and Eastern culture lovers can explore the traditional arts, workshops and fashion.∑ Fightsport – The UFC will present MMA at its best plus displays in Boxing, Thai Boxing and Wrestling will ensure fight fans of all ages will be entertained. ∑ Survival – Self protection and reality based combat advice for male and female visitors. ∑ Powersport – Extreme fitness enthusiasts, intense strength tests. How tough are you?∑ Tournament – With a huge range of open championships, this is your chance to get involved!∑ The Olympic Youth Zone – This new zone will enable the young, eager and possible 2012 champions to join in workshops for their first taste of the Olympic combat sports. Seni 07 begins the build up to 2012!As well as bringing the Seni ‘Fighting Spirit’ to London, organisers of the expo are working closely with Newham council and the 2012 Olympic Unit to tie the expo into the combat disciplines at the London Olympic games.


“We are really excited to be moving Seni to ExCeL London and aligning the show with the venue which will host the four combat disciplines at the 2012 Olympic Games” says Paul Alderson, Seni Organiser. “We believe the venue, together with its superb, onsite facilities, offers the perfect location for our event. In addition ease of access from central London and the home counties will help us to attract new visitors to the show.”


Seni has become synonymous with opening the combat sports to a wider audience and also pushing the traditional boundaries. Seni also puts on an outrageously good show with activities to keep you and your family entertained all day!


Seni Film Festival – Seni visitors will be able to see rare and premiere screenings hosted by top film stars at the only film festival dedicated to martial arts cinema.


Masters of the Mat – Olympic and World Champions matched up in a series of tough super bouts.


K1 Max Pain and Glory – The first ever K1 sanctioned Grand Prix in the UK links with Pain and Glory to bring a spectacular fight night to London


Seni Extreme 200 – A 30 hour, two hundred mile marathon will take place starting on the day before the show, in Birmingham and finishing on the second day at ExCeL, to signify, in true Olympic theme the handing over of the torch from Birmingham to its new home at ExCeL London.
