Thales Leites replaces Paulo Filho At Bitetti Combat 6

Thales Leites will be replacing Paulo Filho at Bitetti Combat 6, scheduled to next Thursday (25) at Brasilia. Former UFC fighter, Leites recently debuted at MFC with a unanimous decision victory over Dean Lister, last December. He will face the UFC and Sengoku veteran Yuki Sasaki in the main event of the evening.

“I’m very excited for this fight. I’ve had been training hard, because I’ll fight in April in MFC. Bitetti Combat is a great event and I’m very glad for this opportunity”, Thales said.

Scheduled to fight against Fabio Maldonado, Valentijn Overeem won’t be able to this bout. “He said he’s hurt and won’t fight”, explained the promoter Amaury Bitetti. Guto Inocente will replaces Overeem.
