So about an hour ago I finally found Wi-Fi to download Lovato Jr’s new app “The Omoplata.” This is the first app of a series that he is going to put out. I wanted to give all of you Iphone/Itouch/Ipad people a little review about the app before you buy it. Now I have had the honor to learn a little from Rafael while training at the University of Jiu Jitsu. Rafael has a lot of techniques & knowledge stored inside of him , so this is great for all of you that do not have the honor to learn a little something from him.
The App:
-App construction & design is great and easy to navigate.
-The clarity of the video & audio is beautiful. Among the best I have seen so far.
-His knowledge of the position his amazing, not only does he show you the position but explains it very well.
-Describes the positions very well.
-Very easy to understand from the beginner level to advance levels of bjj.
-Offers 12 different Omoplata positions & multiple ways to finish the move.
– Low price for great knowledge.
Well there are so of the things that I noticed while viewing the app. I hope you all at least view it & see what he has to offer to the Jiu Jitsu community.
