We changed the scheduled and listened. Now every Thursday night from 7:30pm to 9pm we will have a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Competition class. This class will be geared towards sport jiu jitsu and points competitions. We will spar with time limits and keep track of points. We will cover different sport strategies and train with intensity. We will also use this time to work on no gi BJJ and no gi competition.
The schedule has been updated online and this will be every Thursday from here on out. This will be the best jiu jitsu in Indianapolis!
