This past month of March The Tinguinha BJJ Academy Headquarter had a very special day. Professor Tinguinha promoted 2 of his students to the black belt- Grant Collins and Greg Lawson. Grant is the owner and head instructor of the tbjj affiliated school, Optimus BJJ in Laguna Beach and Greg Lawson is a BJJ instructor of the new ufc gym in Corona. . On that same day professor Tinguinha was officially presented by Master Roberto "Gordo" Correia with the 4th degree Black Belt with the presence of the TBJJ team and a lot of BJJ black belts, making the day very special to the TBJJ Team, Professor Tinguinha was honored by his team, affiliations and network with a plaque as a token of their appreciation concluding the celebration in a big way.
