Brown & Black Belt Team Challenge 3registernow2 Team Gracie Barra Led by ’07 World Champion Romulo Barral to defend Title. Who will step up to Challenge them?

Fresh off of his victory in the Black Belt Medium Heavy Division and Silver Medal performance in the Absolute at the Mundials, Romulo Barral and company have confirmed that Team Gracie Barra will defend their title as the U.S. Open Brown and Black Belt Team Challenge Champions.

The Question on everyone’s mind is will the ’05 champions Team Saulo Ribeiro (which included current World Champion Rafael Lavato Junior and ’07 Mundial Bronze Medalist Vincius Magalhaes) return to the compeitition to try and take the title back?

Or will some newcomers steal the title from these very tough contenders?

The winning team–the team that wins the most fights–will take home $3,000. In the event that there are more than two teams, the second place team will receive $500. Team registration will be $100. Teams may be created in any way, as long as all members are legitimate black or brown belts. Accomodations Best Western offering Discount to U.S. Open Comptitors!
