Update on the Olympic Trials

The Olympic Trials for the sport of wrestling will be held June 13-15, 2008 at the Thomas & Mack Center on the campus of the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. The trials will feature contests in each of the 14 Olympic judo weight divisions as well as the 18 Olympic wrestling weight classes in the three Olympic styles (men’s freestyle, men’s Greco-Roman, women’s freestyle) to be contested at the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games. Judo will be contested on June 13-14 and wrestling will be contested all three days.

In addition, USA Olympian and Gold Medal Camp Director Ken Chertow will be conducting a free clinic at 3:00 on June 15th. Be sure to check out the Gold Medal Training Camp table at FanFest. Coach Chertow will be signing autographs and taking questions about his camp system, the Olympics and more following the clinic.
