The women’s BJJ movement is on fire. Love to see the ladies training hard and competing!
OTM has been a big support of women’s BJJ back to the 90s. But this recently discovered old black and white footage shows that women have been training BJJ for ever.
I personally find the women’s matches to often be more exciting than the mens. And, this footage is pretty entertaining. LOL
